Sergeant: Academy Level 2

The Sergeant Certification builds on the foundational skills established in the Corporal tier and prepares security professionals for more complex, high-pressure operational challenges. This intermediate-level training strengthens professional judgment, tactical communication, and advanced situational awareness required in real-world security environments.
Designed for officers ready to take on greater responsibility, the Sergeant tier focuses on crisis response, crowd control operations, lawful decision-making, and structured de-escalation strategies. Officers completing this level demonstrate readiness to manage volatile individuals, high-traffic venues, and rapidly evolving incidents with confidence and control.

Certification Benefits:
