1. BINDING AGREEMENT

This document constitutes a contract between Guard Training™, whose principal office is located in Los Angeles, California (hereinafter referred to as “Guard Training” or “Company”). Please review these terms carefully before accessing this Site or using any Service. By visiting, registering, purchasing, or accessing a course on Guard Training’s website at https://guardtraining.net/, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing the Site. By using this Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use, including any modifications made from time to time as described in the amendment provision of this agreement.

2. PRIVACY POLICY

Guard Training respects your privacy and allows you to control how your personal information is handled. A full version of our current Privacy Policy is available via the privacy link located at the bottom of any page on the Site. The Privacy Policy is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

3. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts in Los Angeles, California for any disputes arising from or related to your use of the Site or Service.

4. USE OF TRAINING CONTENT

All training content provided through Guard Training is protected under copyright law. It is created, maintained, and distributed by Guard Training. Access to course materials is strictly limited to Registered Users who have been assigned login credentials by Guard Training or its authorized partners. Any other use of the training content is expressly prohibited and may result in legal action.
A Registered User may not copy, share, modify, distribute, transmit, or otherwise exploit any copyrighted materials for any purpose other than their own individual training. Likewise, a Registered User shall not allow others to use, copy, share, modify, or distribute the materials in any manner.

5. VIOLATIONS & ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Guard Training reserves the right to terminate a Registered User’s access to the Site and/or Services at its discretion. To maintain a high-quality experience for all users, Guard Training may investigate complaints or allegations of misuse, copyright infringement, or unauthorized access on a case-by-case basis.
While Guard Training may not disclose details of such investigations unless required by law, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without prior notice, if there is reason to believe you have violated these Terms of Use, provided false or misleading information, or interfered with the use of the Site or Services by others.

6. DISCLAIMERS & WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guard Training expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Site and/or Services. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Site is provided “as is,” and Guard Training makes no guarantees regarding its availability, performance, or suitability for your needs.

7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT & LINKS

Guard Training has no control over third-party websites, affiliate links, or external content linked to its Site. While we may work with partners whose websites are linked to Guard Training, we do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, content, or quality of any third-party materials.
Guard Training makes no representations or warranties regarding third-party content, including its accuracy, reliability, or non-infringement. Users acknowledge and agree that Guard Training bears no liability for any external content accessed through hyperlinks on its Site

8. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may compromise the security or functionality of the Site or Service, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access to content, accounts, or servers.
  • Attempting to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Site or Service.
  • Interfering with the Site’s operation, including transmitting viruses, overloading servers, or engaging in malicious attacks.
  • Sending unsolicited emails or spam through the Service.
  • Tampering with data, reverse engineering, or modifying source code used by Guard Training.

Any attempt to breach system security may result in legal action.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Guard Training, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Site, Service, or intellectual property.

10. SEVERABILITY & WAIVER

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

11. TRAINING COMPLETION RESPONSIBILITY

It is the sole responsibility of the Registered User to complete training within the required timeframe set by their employer or state regulatory agency. Guard Training is not liable for any penalties, loss of licensure, or employment consequences resulting from failure to meet training deadlines. Users are responsible for tracking their own training records and schedules

12. LICENSED USE OF MATERIALS

Training content is licensed for individual use for a limited time. Each license is non-transferable and may not be shared

13. COURSE ACCESS PERIOD

Registered Users will have access to purchased courses for one year from the purchase date or until the course is completed, whichever occurs first. Guard Training is not responsible for notifying users when access is nearing expiration.

14. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Guard Training will issue a Certificate of Completion only after a trainee successfully finishes a course and has provided the necessary personal information and payment.

15. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

While Guard Training strives to provide uninterrupted access to course materials, availability may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including server downtime, internet disruptions, and maintenance. Guard Training will take reasonable steps to restore access as quickly as possible.

16. MODIFICATIONS & SITE CHANGES

Guard Training reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or Service at its discretion. Any changes take immediate effect upon posting.

17. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, copyrights, source code, graphical elements, and content found on the Site are the exclusive property of Guard Training or its content providers. No materials may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without explicit written consent.

18. STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

Prospective students must meet the minimum enrollment requirements, including age, educational background, and English proficiency.

19. STUDENT DISABILITIES ACCOMMODATION

Guard Training provides reasonable accommodations to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Guard Training aims to resolve disputes efficiently through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, further steps may be taken as outlined in the Grievance Procedure.
