Driver Safety

Security personnel frequently operate vehicles, bicycles, or golf carts while on duty, requiring strong safety awareness and operational skills. This course provides training on pre-trip vehicle inspections, defensive driving techniques, and safe operating procedures for different patrol methods. Participants will also learn bicycle safety fundamentals, accident prevention strategies, and proper handling of golf carts, including battery maintenance and charging safety. The course emphasizes compliance with traffic laws, hazard awareness, and best practices for ensuring personal and public safety while operating patrol vehicles.
