Privacy Policy
American Security Force, Inc. is committed to protecting both our clients and the environment. We recognize the importance of sustainable practices and are dedicated to minimizing our environmental impact. We work to reduce our carbon footprint by using renewable energy sources and by minimizing waste across our operations.
Renewable Energy
We use solar panels to power our offices and our charging stations. This approach reduces reliance on nonrenewable energy and supports a lower operational carbon footprint.
Low Emission Fleet
Our security vehicles are electric. This includes security ATVs and security golf carts that help us provide reliable service while lowering emissions during patrols and daily operations.
Guard Training And Sustainability
Guard Training is designed as a digital-first learning experience that supports a lower environmental impact:
- Fewer trips. Online courses reduce the travel that in-person training would require.
- Paper-free by default. Course handouts, invoices, and certificates are provided digitally. Print options are available when required by regulation or client policy.
- Right-sized content. Short modules and transcripts help learners choose reading or audio over continuous video streaming when appropriate.
- Efficient delivery. Content is delivered through caching and adaptive streaming that can lower data transfer when network conditions allow.
- Low bandwidth options. Where feasible, learners can access slides, audio, or downloadable materials to complete lessons with less data use.
- Device longevity. We aim to support a range of modern devices and browsers so teams do not need frequent hardware refreshes just to take a course, while maintaining security standards.
- Digital records. Rosters, completions, and credentials are stored electronically, which reduces printing, shipping, and storage needs.
Responsible Platform Operations
We work to operate Guard Training in a responsible way:
- Hosting selection. We prioritize vendors that publish energy efficiency goals or renewable energy commitments.
- Data retention. We retain training data as required for legal and client needs and avoid unnecessary long-term storage.
- Continuous efficiency. We review media sizes, image formats, and code to remove bloat and improve loading without sacrificing learning quality.
Working With Clients
We collaborate with clients to design training rollouts that balance compliance, performance, and impact. Examples include remote onboarding, consolidated testing windows, and digital credentialing that reduce travel and printing while meeting program requirements.
Continuous Improvement
We continue to look for practical ways to conserve energy and reduce waste in both field operations and online training. Feedback is welcome and helps us prioritize the next set of improvements.
