Handling Difficult People

Managing difficult individuals is a critical skill for security personnel, requiring effective communication, situational awareness, and conflict-resolution techniques. This course provides training on verbal de-escalation methods, identifying warning signs of aggression, and responding appropriately to disruptive behavior. Participants will also explore cultural diversity considerations, strategies for preventing workplace violence, and best practices for handling hostage situations. The course emphasizes maintaining professionalism while mitigating risks in high-stress encounters.
